Coming up on being 63 yrs old this month (it is now April of 2022). Happy to report that for last 3 and a half years now, i have for the most part stayed free of my (as of now “former”) Afib coupled with SVT episodes, since Sept of 2018. I am still entirely prescription meds free.

I have however experimented with reducing my daily regimen dosages to what would still keep me this way and i am sharing that here.Albeit though i have also found out recently that my blood pressure has been creeping up into hypertension range (my late parents, my dear old late grandma .. runs in the family) so i am currently looking at still staying Rx meds free and upping my game as to which supplements will also (hopefully) help me maintain a healthy BP range. Will keep y’all posted on that end ..

For now here is my reduced regimen which has still kept me up to snuff and enjoying my life as before my early 50’s when i then started getting those darned ‘Afib coupled with SVT’ eps (my formal diagnosis at age 57 was Paroxysmal Afib with Atrial Tachycardia (SVT).

Please note: This post and this entire blog was/is a part of a dedicated FB peer sharing informational page with NO selling, NO ads, NO gimmicks, purely its only purpose was to share valuable info learned firsthand. However since FB is now continually censoring such content, Who knows why, .. perhaps it goes against the mainstream โ€œnarrativeโ€, this venue was created in case FB decides to permanently shut down all such peer sharing informational resources. 1. I am extremely impressed with your writing skills as well as with the layout on your blog.
Is this a paid theme or did you customize it yourself?
Either way keep up the nice quality writing, it’s rare to see
a great blog like this one these days.

  2. I am looking at the amounts , for instance Citrulline . You have 1/2 tea spoon (about 2.5 grams). Something’s wrong. On my package of bulk supplement L-Citrulline , they say 1/2 TABLE spoon is equal to about 3 grams – seems odd. I’ll have to get my gram scale out and check LOL.

  3. OK so 1/2 tea spoon consistently measures as 1.5 grams so I wonder again if you meant 1/2 table spoon?

    1. hi Phil, read thru your comments, i always go by weight first! and then wen i get used to what the weight represents in routine measures, i go by teaspoon measure.. if something is off, i’d go back to my trusty micro scale.. nope, no tea, i am back to daily smoothies, and i am staying now in my “REDUCE” post’s reported amounts.. BTW, even tho this is a bck up site in case FB decides to censor me, i do get regular updates from FB for now.. so that site which is the main site for now is FB.me/AfibRelief and of course i do check into this one once in awhile as well.. if you need to talk on phone to me, just send me an “instant message” thru the FB messenger ap and i’ll reply back with my home landline ..
