Coming up on being 63 yrs old this month (it is now April of 2022). Happy to report that for last 3 and a half years now, i have for the most part stayed free of my (as of now “former”) Afib coupled with SVT episodes, since Sept of 2018. I am still entirely prescription meds free.
I have however experimented with reducing my daily regimen dosages to what would still keep me this way and i am sharing that here.Albeit though i have also found out recently that my blood pressure has been creeping up into hypertension range (my late parents, my dear old late grandma .. runs in the family) so i am currently looking at still staying Rx meds free and upping my game as to which supplements will also (hopefully) help me maintain a healthy BP range. Will keep y’all posted on that end ..
For now here is my reduced regimen which has still kept me up to snuff and enjoying my life as before my early 50’s when i then started getting those darned ‘Afib coupled with SVT’ eps (my formal diagnosis at age 57 was Paroxysmal Afib with Atrial Tachycardia (SVT).
